Elke nacht om 03:00 maken wij automatisch een volledige backup van uw gehele desktop. Dit betekent:

• Alle documenten worden gebackupt - Word bestanden, Excel sheets, PowerPoints, PDF's
• Uw software instellingen - Alle programma configuraties blijven bewaard
• Email (bij Full pakket) - Al uw emails en contacten
• 7 dagen retentie - We bewaren 7 dagelijkse backups. Oude bestand kwijt? Kunnen we terughalen!
• Encrypted opslag - Backups zijn encrypted opgeslagen in geografisch gescheiden datacenter (Rotterdam)
• Gratis restore - Bestand kwijt? Wij herstellen het GRATIS tijdens kantooruren

💡 Bij Azure/Citrix betaalt u €5-10 per gebruiker per maand EXTRA voor backups. Bij Fastnode is dit GRATIS!

Wat Valt NIET Onder Gratis Support?

• ❌ Gebruikersfouten - U heeft per ongeluk alle bestanden gewist? Dan rekenen we €50 voor restore (wel goedkoop!)
• ❌ Software installatie op verzoek - Wilt u extra software geïnstalleerd? €25 per pakket
• ❌ Custom configuraties - Speciale instellingen op maat? Overleg vooraf
• ❌ Training - Wilt u training in Office/Windows? Overleg vooraf

🔄 Gratis Desktop Updates & Bugfixes

Geen extra kosten voor updates en onderhoud! Dit betekent:

• Windows Updates - Elke maand komen er Windows security patches. Wij installeren deze GRATIS
• Office Updates - Nieuwe Office 2024 features? Automatisch bijgewerkt
• Performance Optimalisaties - Desktop langzaam geworden? Wij optimaliseren gratis
• Security Patches - Beveiligingsissue ontdekt? Direct gefixt zonder kosten
• Bug Fixes - Software bug die NIET door u veroorzaakt is? Gratis gefixed

✅ Regel: Als het ONZE fout is of een systeem-issue, is het GRATIS. Als het door gebruikersfout komt, betaalt u een kleine fee (meestal €25-50).
